We offer secure, private mailbox rentals and optional mail forwarding or scanning services. The availability and features of each plan are detailed on our pricing page.
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. Users are responsible for keeping their account information secure.
Access to mailboxes requires an active paid subscription. All payments are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Mailbox numbers are assigned based on availability. Once selected, a mailbox cannot be changed or transferred without prior approval.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if any terms are violated.
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except where required by law.
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
